Im Countin On You came through for Jessica Cauble, Bushnall, Fla., with a 220-point win on Tuesday, June 26, in the NCHA Western Nationals $2,000 Limited Rider Finals. Michelle Moore, Castle Rock, Colo., scored 218 points for reserve riding MK Manny, while Jack Bell, Duluth, Minn., placed third with 216 points aboard Spin To You.

Im Countin On You LTE $29,376, by Im Countin Checks, is owned by Ted and Nancy Turner, Bushnell, Fla. The 9-year-old mare was a Senior Youth and $5,000 Novice Non-Pro finalist at last year’s NCHA Denver Nationals with Brooke Turner.

This year’s Western Nationals marks Jessica Cauble’s debut as a finalist, a winner, and an NCHA money earner.

Michelle Moore, the NCHA earner of $6,168 coming into this year’s Western Nationals, had previously shown in 2016 as a finalist (15th) in the Western Nationals riding Cats Colonel LTE $112,859, sired by High Brow Cat and owned by Jamey and Angela Styles. Eight-year-old MK Manny LTE $30,114, by Smart Little Lena, Moore’s mount this year, is owned by Moore and had been shown as a 4-year-old in limited age events by Tommy Marvin.

Jack Bell, 2017 NCHA World Finals $2,000 Limited Rider reserve champion on Spin To You, also won the Western Nationals Junior Youth championship this past weekend on Spin To You LTE $73,318, by Mr Boonsmal To You. Bell has NCHA earnings of $11,376.
