Moms Stylish Player, by the late Lizzys Gotta Player, holds the lead with a 226 after the second day of the first round of the Open Lucas Oil NCHA Super Stakes in Fort Worth. Ridden by Kenneth Platt for Robert Tregemba of Castle Rock, Colorado, Moms Stylish Player set the standard in the second set on April 6, the first day of Open competition. The first round continues Friday, April 8.

Platt, a John Deere Division champion of the 2010 NCHA Futurity on Downtown Smarts, went over $900,000 in career earnings as a finalist in Super Stakes Classic on A Smooth Dually (Smooth As A Cat).

Moms Stylish Player was bred by Drummond Land & Cattle Co. out of Moms Stylish Babe, an NCHA Derby and Super Stakes Classic Open finalist under Kathy Daughn that has produced earners of more than $874,000.

Moms Stylish Babe is out of $899,000 producer Playboys Mom, who is a daughter of 1975 NCHA Futurity champion and $426,000 producer Lenaette.

Moms Stylish Player was an NCHA Futurity semi-finalist with Platt, and has earned more than $19,000.
