There is no denying that Eclyse has a wild side. The yearling zorse is the offspring of a male zebra and a female horse. While most zorses sport solid coats with dark stripes, Eclyse, the major attraction in a German safari park, is a patchwork marvel.

Horses and zebras are crossbred in Africa to use as trekking animals, and the International Zebra Zorse Zonkey Association (IZZZA), Ramona, CA, registers and maintains pedigrees on zorses and zonkeys (zebra/donkey hybrids), worldwide.
