Sean Flynn and Rey N Style<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Rey N Style, by Dual Smart Rey<\/a>, took home the biggest single check from the recently concluded Tunica Futurity and Classic, but non-pro rider Kelle Earnheart broke the bank.<\/p>\n

Rey N Style, shown by Sean Flynn for Eddie Young, won the Futurity <\/a>and $17,354, with 221.5 points, while Dual With Style, by Reys Dual Badger, claimed second with 218.5 under Clint Allen.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Kelle Earnheart won the Tunica Non-Pro Futurity<\/a> with 217 points aboard A Spoonful Short, by Hes A Peptospoonful, and tied for reserve with 215.5 on Dual With Style. Brett Johnson was co-reserve on Second Timz A Charm.<\/p>\n

Including Dual With Style’s open earnings, Earnheart collected $40,161 at the Tunica, Miss. event, which awarded a total of $500,657 in prize money.<\/p>\n

Clint Allen topped all open riders with a total of $32,473, while Matt Gaines tallied $30,699, the second-highest total.<\/p>\n

In addition to his second-place finish on Dual With Style, Allen also placed fifth in the Futurity on Jerry Durant’s Moms Dual Badger, and earned checks on Duals Amanda and My Blue Dreams in the Futurity, as well as on Moms Stylish Kat and Prime Time Kat in the Classic.<\/p>\n

Matt Gaines’s biggest check came as reserve champion of the Classic with Reycy Moon, owned by Gary and Shannon Barker; he also placed fifth on the Barker’s 6-year-old mare Special Nu Baby, who he showed as reserve champion of the 2010 Tunica Futurity.<\/p>\n

Six-year-old Arosesuchaclatter and John Mitchell won the Classic for Fazenda Barrinha Corp., while Bet Hesa Cat<\/a>, 2011 NCHA World Champion, was co-reserve under Austin Shepard.<\/p>\n

Mary Ann Rapp claimed the Classic champion’s title with 222 points on Toy Engine, with Ray Baldwin as reserve with 219 aboard Catlike Kit.<\/p>\n
