Dont Look Twice, Waco Bend Ranch’s front-runner for Horse of the Year honors, extended her lead this evening with two wins at the Idaho CHA Futurity in Nampa.<\/p>\n

Ridden by breeder and trainer Phil Rapp, the 6-year-old mare by High Brow Cat out of Tapt Twice, got warmed up with a 228-point win in the Idaho Classic Challenge<\/a> this afternoon. She came back this evening with a 234 to take the Mercuria NCHA World Series Open finals<\/a> over a field of horses with combined earnings of more than $2 million.<\/p>\n

The twin wins will take the mare’s earnings over $572,000. She’s the #11 horse of all time, and closing in on #2 all-time mare, Quintan Blue.<\/p>\n

This year, Dont Look Twice has won at Tunica, Arbuckle Mountain, West Texas, plus Mercuria NCHA World Series events at Houston and Battle in the Saddle.<\/p>\n
