Today&#8217;s is somewhat of a puzzle.<\/p>\n<p>Trainer Bill Riddle is one of cutting&#8217;s all-time leading money earners. So what is he doing as a &#8220;Wisconsin cheesemaker&#8221; in an ad for Food and Wine magazine?
