Cody Hedlund, Lipan, Tex.,\nclaimed reserve with 217 points aboard Wood Ya Teles, by Woody Be Tuff, and\nJennifer Foland placed third with 216 points on Hiss N Vinegar, by Dual Smart\nRey. Rapp\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s win was worth $9,000, while Hedlund claimed $7,000, and Foland earned\n$5,894.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ryan Rapp, 18, the NCHA earner of $318,862, earned his\nrichest single paycheck ($28,322) when he showed Manteca Moe, bred by his\nparents, Phil and Mary Ann Rapp, to place fourth in the 2018 NCHA Super Stakes\nNon-Pro. So far, Rapp and the 5-year-old Hydrive Cat gelding have earned $107,804.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hows Your Memorey, a three-quarter sister to Manteca Moe, was also bred by the Rapps, who both showed the siblings\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 dam, Memorey LTE $77,519, by Dual Rey. Both Hows Your Memorey and Manteca Joe have been shown exclusively by Ryan, who placed with Hows Your Memorey in four Non-Pro working finals prior to the PCCHA Derby, including as reserve champion of The Non-Pro Cutting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ryan&#8217;s mother, Mary Ann Rapp, won the 4-year-old Non-Pro championship at the Pacific Coast Futurity in 2013 on Reyzin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cody Hedlund, the NCHA Non-Pro Hall of Fame earner of\n$976,817, has claimed 17 major Non-Pro limited age working event wins,\nincluding the 2019 Ike Hamilton Derby and the 2019 West Texas 4-Year-Old Derby\non Wood Ya Teles LTE $44,900, whose dam, Teles Bout This Cat LTE $230,047, was\nshown by Hedlund to win the 2011 Super Stakes, among other events. Teles Bout\nThis Cat, by WR This Cats Smart, is a three-quarter sister to Meteles Cat LTE\n$433,565, bred by Cody\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s parents Landy and Rock Hedlund, trained by Rock, and\nshown by both Rock and Cody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jennifer Foland, the NCHA earner of $356,029, showed Hissy Cat LTE $307,099, the dam of Hiss N Vinegar, to win the 2008 NCHA Classic Challenge Amateur championship. Hiss N Vinegar LTE $187,074, winner this year of the NCHA Super Stakes Open under Phil Hanson, is one of four siblings out of Hissy Cat that have each won over $100,000.
