There is no denying that Eclyse has a wild side. The yearling zorse is the offspring of a male zebra and a female horse. While most zorses sport solid coats with dark stripes, Eclyse, the major attraction in a German safari park, is a patchwork marvel.

Horses and zebras are crossbred in Africa to use as trekking animals, and the International Zebra – Zorse – Zonkey Association (IZZZA), Ramona, CA, registers and maintains pedigrees on zorses and zonkeys (zebra/donkey hybrids), worldwide.
